Meet Dr. Jordan Cody | Physical Therapist in Duncan, OK

Jordan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, wife, and mom who is committed to providing one-on-one care that helps people move with confidence and return to the activities they love.

She believes physical therapy should fit into your life—not the other way around. Jordan partners with each patient to create realistic, individualized treatment plans that support their goals and provide the knowledge and tools to stay active and healthy long after therapy ends.

With specialized training in pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatric physical therapy, and orthopedic conditions, Jordan enjoys caring for patients across every stage of life. She takes a whole-body approach to treatment, helping patients understand how different areas of the body work together to support how you feel and move.

When Jordan isn't treating patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and serving in her church.

Why Bloom

Bloom was created with the belief that physical therapy should be centered around the person — your goals, your needs, and the life you want to live.

At Bloom Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy, your care is designed around what matters most to you. Every visit is one-on-one with Jordan, allowing time to truly understand your concerns, create a personalized plan, and provide the education and support needed to help you make meaningful progress.

Whether your goal is feeling confident in your body, improving pelvic health concerns, keeping up with your growing family, returning to exercise, managing pain, recovering after surgery, or getting back to the activities you love, your treatment is tailored to your unique needs and the things that matter most in your life.

At Bloom, therapy is more than simply addressing symptoms. It’s about helping you understand your body, build strength and confidence, and gain the tools you need to continue doing the things you love.
